[[http://www.khyam.co.uk/detail.asp?p=477 sleeping compartments all together]

Sleeps 6 all in together!

Cam have 1 large bedroom or divide into 2 or 3?

Can you see I like Khyams - at least they have a good sale on!

TBH, I supppose it is what you get used to/ know & trust. We have a Khyam Sunshelter and friends have Khyam tents - both VERY resilient to extreme weather conditions (as is our Wynnster). I have been lured in to their new sale on the website.

You are best to visit a show (or campsite) and walk around inside some. Ensure the Hydrostatic head is at least 3000 (5000 is perfect), easy to put up, and strong. The UKampsite.co.uk site has great reviews on most tents as well.

I like a tent you can stand up inside, separate pods from kids and enough room for a full table & chairs etc in living area if bad weather forces you in.

On the other hand DD has a TINY Coleman epsilon 2 that folds up smaller than most tiny sleeping bags, has only 2 poles and is perfect for DofE Expeditions.

i saw that those had 5000 hh and was most impressed, actually. i just wonder if i'm being a nob by not liking the colour? lol. [nob]

heres another Khyam for a great price- is a side by side with what seemed like a huge living room...friends had last summer and they loved it as v straightforward to put up and plenty of room for 2ad and 2dc;s (kids 6/4) it felt really robust as well.......

We have the outwell vermont, lovely tent but huge a definite home from home, takes up most of the boot too, but hubby is 6ft 5 so roomier the better .My sis and her family had the nevada , bought it in the sale just before we went .Great tent and a good size for a family of four , and for space in car, though they would consider buying the add on bits. Also both tents survived catching the tail end of a hurriacane , two other tents and a gazebo did not , so def worth the money in my opinion:-)
