Have just got back from Hele Valley near to Ilfracombe in North Devon and it was fab.
Only our 2nd camping trip and we found a beautiful valley with a mixture of static caravans and camping. Well cared for pitches with or without electric hook up.
Very family friendly, good secure clean play area, even an exclusive baby powder room with bath, changing mat, wash stuff etc .
Mostly families around us so camp site quiet into the evenings with plenty of opportunity to sit outside watching the sun go down.
Loads to do around Ilfracombe would definitely recommend it.
Will go again but do fancy France next year!!
