DH and I are keen to go camping with our two boys, 4yr and 21mths. We have a budget of about £150 to buy a tent etc (hopefully we'll find stuff on half price sale tho and get £300 worth of stuff!). We want a big tent with sep sleeping areas and a 'lounge' type area (!). We have not got a clue so any advice would be most helpful!
TIA

Decathlon do some really good pop up tents that aren't too expensive. They do a huge variety some with lots of living space and some with not as much. I find that tents that don't have a sewn in groundsheet int he living area tend to be better and don't keep that damp smell that you can sometimes get in tents. Also have a look on Ebay for camping equipment as you can get some great stuff on there and not too expensive.

Thanks guys, and special thanks to you Riven - what a lovely kind offer! We're going to go to a tent shop this weekend and have a look at some. Will keep you posted!
