I dont quite know what I was on as we dont normally. Hwoever now not having to find old sheets at theback of the airing cupboard I am pleased. I am taking duvet covers for the dsses though to use a sleeping bag in, presume they presume oyu use sheets and blankets?

Are the bath towels ok?

I had linen hire the only time we went to a camp site place (a bit like Key Camp) amd the bed linen was a funny paper like material. Was sheets and pillowcases. Wasn't pleasant to sleep on esp as I have dry skin.

Just think of the laundry that your won't have to do on your return home.

I could cope with dodgy sheets (assuming clean) just take pjs for all just in case!

Canvas Hols are fine too.
Leaving it behind all dirty and damp as you cram the car full of other stuff brings on a moment of deep joy

Take a bathmat though, and tea-towels.

PuppyLoves · 26/07/2009 20:08

Awful. Cheap, very retro (as in old!) and not made for comfort or warmth IMO

BadgersArse · 26/07/2009 20:10

oh noes

we've done it with keycamp and like WW says it's fine

white sheets very well starched, white towels and grey/blue itchy blankets but all seemed v clean

we'd do it again

(the welcome pack OTOH was CRAP!!)

BadgersArse · 26/07/2009 20:13

oh yes welcome pack does look shiteola
the blankets are always there,
we use them UNdEr our sheets to make the bed softer

We've just come back from a Siblu hol. I took my own towels but they made up the beds with white sheets and pillow cases and left hideously flowery duvet covers folded on the beds. It was fine. We never needed the blankets or duvets as it was too warm - just used the duvet cover as a sheet.

BadgersArse · 26/07/2009 20:18

were they nice qualidee

OP posts:
PuppyLoves · 26/07/2009 20:18

BadgersArse · 26/07/2009 20:21

ir eally am mystified as to why i ordered it

OP posts:
Ponders · 26/07/2009 20:23

Did they sneakily include it as a default, so you had to uninclude it by ticking a box?

BadgersArse · 26/07/2009 20:23

no was just looking.
its 27 for the kids and 15 for us

OP posts:
Ponders · 26/07/2009 20:26

Blimey! That is a lot in a tent

Can't you cancel it & just take empty duvet covers to sleep inside? (It wouldn't take up too much wine space...)

FritesMenthe · 26/07/2009 20:29

Enjoy the luxury . You are on holiday after all.

We have cottage this year - linen included, towels a fiver (to cover the laundering). Bargain.

BadgersArse · 26/07/2009 20:29

non, its for a chalaaaaaaaay
