We were meant to be camping in Norfolk this week but we have just heard that dFIL has died so I'm looking for an alternative site near dh's family home so we can support dMIL without being too much of a burden. (Dh is with her now, I'm at home with kids, I don't know area that well).

Any recommendations for any site in Bucks, near Beaconsfield but I guess we would need a large site to have any hope of a pitch at this short notice?

Failing that, any recommendations for BandBs or similar who could cope with youngish kids (8 and 5)??

Try Highcleer Farm, Seer Green. V clean toilet/shower block. Play area on site.

You could also try Hurley riverside , prob about 20 mins away. We've just come back from a weekend there . Large site but laid out in seperate fields so doesn't feel big. Good showers/toilets
