Oh no, Stiffkey is all booked up. Where can we camp near a beach and quiet places?

I loved being able to roam on the marsh, walk out to the beach, go crabbing or fly kites. I need somewhere else to go but not in norfolk - would need to be on the south coast or maybe somerset.

I'd prefer a site without a club house, pool and activities etc. Somewhere pretty, nice things to do nearby just a field with showers & decent toilets would do.

Any suggestions?

No, I just looked it up on the map to find out where it was. Have to move house now so but will google later. Thanks for the info though.

Went here a few years ago. Been to the area lots of times and it is lovely.

If you need the Charmouth, Wood farm is lovely and quiet but so many aplces are already booked up this year

Have a little hmph every time I see a request for a quiet campsite- very few of those indeed atm!

Thanks, have googled those. I think I need to stay in the southwest so that narrows things down a bit. I really want to go to the new forest but I know it will be packed now. Grr.
