Dp has just put the 3 man tent up in the garden to mend it and............

Also having our tea and beer in it. It needed to be up anyway as it needed a bit of glue but I also fancied having it up for dss as they may fancy sleeping in it over the weekend (weather permitting). They're at their dad's tonight so we can be in their instead.

We've got a family one (8 berth) for our camping trip that's coming up. Dp's just got me into camping and tried it for the first time last week. I loved it although now we have an airbed I'm liking the idea even more.

I say dp got me into but Sallystrawberry has been telling me how great it is for ages

Have just put mine away tonight.
I have been playing in it while the kids have been at school. I eat out there and the dog sleeps in it. I love my tent.

I know I'm getting seriously addicted....camping sites are like porn to me

Like Sally says I think it's like marmite you either love it or hate it...I'm the latter.

It's not that good weather for camping tonight but that's a good way to see how I deal with that...I can always chicken out and go in my own bed

We slept in ours over the weekend. It was so hot in the house that tent was luuuvly.
Haven't taken it for an "outing" yet but its coming.

Didn't end up sleeping in ours as it pissed down rained a lot.
It's sunny today so think we're taking the bigger tent (4 man) and staying somewhere tonight weather permitting.
