took 4th Outwell Iowa tent away for our first camping trip of teh year ...would be a great tent, like the design good size etc if did not have hole in SIG big enough to see the grass... or leak like a sieve from a dodgy join....past history 1 montana-leaked, replaced straight away 2nd montana fantastic- sold it!- nevadas last year nice tent dodgy rain door fitting but leaked down the seams, so sent back - don't like vangos as had problems in the past and saw quite a few collapse last summer ....so who else makes tents that are not too big (only 3 of us) and feel like they can handle a bit of weather.... have 2 weekes booked at eweleaze this summer so need a tent! as really want to go there.....

mme you had had bad luck..... lots of people seem to rate outwell. Other brands that are people talk highly of are Khyam and Coleman....

I think I've read on UKCS or somewhere that there was a bad year (or 2) for Outwell tents with their quality.

We have a Montana and have had no problem with it at all (except in the extreme wet weather last summer when we had a stream running under the tent)

Luckily Winfields are taking it straight back and giving a refund, I bought it in Feb.... am looking at Khyam now as DH has raised the weight limit a bit.......
