Does a 3 yr old need a bed guard in Eurocamp tent?

Hi, off to France in a week so trying to get sorted. My dd is in a bed with bed guard as she is a crazy sleeper! Always falls out without guard. I am trying to work out what to do on holiday with the camp beds that Eurocamp provide.

Am hoping we can fit the double and single bed together in one compartment so she can sleep with us eeither next to wall or inbetween. That way we dont need to worry about a guard.

If you have been before do you think that will work?
Or any other suggestions as to how if we can cope without guard or should really make space in car?

Thanks, Abi

we went to holland and stayed in a eurocamp tent. the beds were quite low to the floor and there was a double in one room that left hardly any room to move round the bed. in the other room (we left the side unzipped so made one big room)they had 2 campbeds and then 2 more that slid underneath them. we pulled 2 of them together up against one side and let the children sleep together like a double bed(warmer aswell it was april) but there was enough room to put all 4 beds in the room wall to wall so nowhere to roll.

the beds were surprisingly comfortable x

We will be in similar situation this year with our 3 yr old dd. Someone suggested a kampa junior airbed (amazon etc) with rolled sides which we are going to try. Would one of those be better than a camp bed?

She has a air bed thing with rolled up sides but not as big or as comfy as camp bed they provide ( I hope!).

Thinking of taking it as back up but know she will sleep better in real bed.

Thanks for that. Thats exactly what I needed to know. I hoped you could unzip divider and make massive bed. Should hopefully contain her! Thanks again. Can leave readybed behind now.

"Thinking of taking it as back up but know she will sleep better in real bed. "

Are you sure? Mine have always slept like logs on blow up beds when we're camping!
