We have a gas BBQ at home and are now too spoilt and idle to bother with charcoal

we have the Weber Baby Q (Q120).

It's portable, but heavy. The heaviness is the result of the heavy grill, which is designed to give char marks to the meat (since gas is not as good as charcoal).
