campsite reccomendations within 2 hours of Manchester

here We went as a group of couples with kids and had a great time.

I don't think they allow fires but if you take a tin bucket and a couple of bricks to stand them on you are covered.

I hope you have the weather for it!

Each pitch has a fire - great for kids but gets very busy!! And don't pitch near the big rocks - at 8.00pm it seeems to be some kind of tradition to play war - not great when 40 kids are charging over your tent!!

Callow top, in Peaks. Don't know about fires though.
