Camping stoves and gas bottle help.

Right now we've got 2 single burner stoves but we are wanting to get a double burner and gas bottle.

I have no idea about gas bottles except that Calor Gas is more widely available. Will all stoves run on Calor Gas? How much do the gas bottles cost?

Which are the best, but also cheap-ish, stoves around? Do we need a grill?

Add anything else i need to know.

Thanks

Have you been to Go Outdoors at Middlestown Phoenix? They do some great offers - you need one of their discount cards but only cost about £5 for the year.

There's lots on the website

Not all stoves do run on Calor gas, there are a few types.

There's a lovely new stove on the cover of camping mag this month- a color gas double burner that'srasied fromthe ground an powered by separate small canisters for control, looks ace to me.

We run a complex system- large combo party grill (for griddling, wok, burner etc); single burner for kettle and have just added in a Cobb.
