Can anyone recommend a site near Filey/scarborough?

We'd like somewhere quiet and rural(ish). No entertainment. In the countryside but not too far to travel to places. We don't have to have EHU.

thanks

Yes yes yes but don't tell anyone, it's a secret! It's basically converted manor house and farm buildings that are self catering, but there's also a campsite with 20 pitches. It's in a place called Killerby, in the middle of nowhere outside Filey, it's got it's own nature area and lake - and it's got it's own little private indoor swimming pool - you just go in and take the cover off, go for your swim and then cover it back up again. Fantastic!

This is very nice. No entertainment and a big field in the middle where the kids can play.

Cayton Holiday Village is also a good site.

I think the first 2 are caravans only. Sorry should have said I have a tent. Cayton looks nice but maybe a bit too "formal", I want something a bit wilder. No marked pitches or tarmac!

I've found a place called Hooks House Farm that looks nice and think I'm going to book it. Thanks though.
