Today at John Lewis I bought some solar fairy ligts in the Christmas sale - not yent oron exactly but will be fab to take camoing and\I thought I'd bump your thread for you!

Dh is after an Outwell pendant lamp this year, and he got a Cobb for my christmas (coz well- what else is there? Sun valley is lovely, have enverything else we need)

Feel almost a bit meh that there is nothing left we need LOL! No excuse to plan anything!.

Nope (its DH's he always does the camp cooking. never home cooking mind!), but he is Scared as I have a thang for The Hairy Bikers and I migt start baking on site- he has enough of that at home LOL!

Having been a fairly intrepid 2-person tent thin Thermarest small Triangia camper most of my adult life, we're embarking on our first family Eurocamp holiday abroad this summer, so we need LOADS of stuff

Anyone care to give me a checklist? Already have big tent and just bought v solid folding table/chairs combo. Need new campbeds/mats for us & kids, cooker, light, fridge, lots

Canvas has had a bit of a hard time recently - did you read in Camping magazine about Cabanon going into receivership? although there is meant to be a buyer.

There are some new tents here but they have gone all peculiar with their colours - mocha???

I hate mocha type colour schemes- just makes me feel muddy and a bit yuck; wouldn't buy one for that reason alone

nothing new to drool over...but i went to go outdoors today and they had outwell kansas 5 tents for 49.99.
Have no earthly need for one...but what a bargain for someone!
