At last... A camping trip where you can actually sit outside in the sun, drinking wine. NOT holed up in a tent listening to the rain beat off the roof.

Im actually thinking about giving up the idea of ever going camping again...that mental image you have of sitting out in the sun eating cornflakes whilst hubby works on a fry up in reality seems to end up being finding out you have pitched in a pond the first time it rains, holding the tent down in a gale and gathering flying gazebos at 3 in the morning

yes- just this weekend! It was make or break - if it had rained, I would most probably have shredded the tent to bits.

It was so nice to eat breakfast outside in the sun. just for once.
