What's the food shop at Sandy Balls like?

Going for our first time. Can I just take minimal food and buy it there? And/Or is there a nearby large supermarket off site?? Also anyone know if you can refreeze your ice blocks on site as we're going to be in their Cornfield without elec. Ta.
