It's nearer to Sidmouth, Seaton, Beer etc. Which is fine, but we've been round there.

Chances of getting his £30 back??? Slim.

We really fancied Salcombe area.

There are a couple of threads with sites near Salcombe, I'll see if I can link you. The only one we've stayed at is Higher Rew near Salcombe which was pleasant if you like fairly basic campsites with just a shop and a games room and not much more. Nice views and a grassy slope whihc the children spent days surfing down on boogie boards.

Oooh, Higher Rew looks rather nice doesn't it.
