remote field nearish SE London for wedding camping party?

We are getting married next summer and would like to have a mini festie weekend for family and friends. We need a field where we can camp for a long weekend and play some music (we are NOT a bunch of ravers, all in our 40s...) where we can party in peace and not disturb anyone. Ideally we would like to have a camp fire and it's essential there is a loo (portaloo that we organise is fine) and access to water.

Does anyone know of such a place?

What about The Fort - Scout Association camping grounds with (basic! - toilets and showers) facilities. In Dulwich. Big fields, away from any traffic.

You can hire it (I thinks it's £3 or £4 per person per night) and it has BBQs!

How about Dernwood farm - it's near East Grinstead.

The field is about 1/2 mile through the woods from the parking area. You wouldn't disturb anyone with exclusive use. Facilities are 2 loos in a shed and a standpipe.

I'm really interested in this thread - i'm in the same position, trying to find somewhere nearish East Sussex...we're also on a budget. We'd like sole use for a weekend, and to have live music, and a yurt and marquee, or maybe a barn for the ceremony. Anyone had any (or been to any) hugely successful weddings in a place that fits the bill?

This place would be perfect, it's near Farnham, has a barn for your reception which is beautiful and a second party room which is the old chicken shed. The owners can help you organise caterers and decoration etc. It's quite remote, you can have fires and they are used to doing weddings. Stayed last weekend and it is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!
