Please help,

We are a group of families, would be three tents. Kids ages 8, 8 and 5 and 6 adults We are looking for a campsite with the following search criteria:
Around an hour from Knutsford area in any direction
Family friendly but quiet at night
Stuff to do nearby
Some water for paddle boarding close by

Any suggestions appreciated, too much choice and have had to rule some out as group is too big. Could stretch the distance a bit for the right site

Have a look at Pillaton Hall Farm, they have one lake for paddle boarding and other water activities. Fishing lakes, play parks, cafe, bike track and dog exercise area. It was quiet at night when we stayed last year.

Nantcol in Snowdonia.
Its great for active families and situated right on the waterfall.
You can paddle in stream just meters from your tent. Water is crystal clear with stepping stones right through it.
They do have the 10pm rule for noise, but until that time it can be noisy as lots of children are still out playing. Ive camped there many times with my grandchildren, but the noise has never been a problem.

You do need to book well in advance though as its very popular.

Llyn Gwynant is a quiet family campsite with strictly enforced noise rules. Groups of up to 15 are allowed. Paddle boarding directly at the campsite.

Thanks, we have Pillaton Hall on the list already. It's expensive but looks like there's loads to do

We went to Nantcol last year, it was glorious but is just to far for one of our families (one kid isn't a good traveller)

I'll look at Llyn Gwynant as we all love the Llyn but probably the same issue as above.
