Where can I take the boys camping (6 and 4) for a couple of days at the start of the summer hols?

Hope someone could help me here. DH is off on a business trip the first week of the summer hols (great huh!). Suddenly had a flash of inspiration to take them on a camping adventure for a couple of days. We have the tent (bijou, but will accommodate us). Have the equipment, have wheels to get us somewhere. But where? We are in Berkshire, so I need recommendations for a campsite (with facilities - showers, cafe if poss please!), that we could go to. I do know of one but it's in SW Wales, which is a bit of a trek but could be done at a push!

The one we usually use has a takeaway, play area and shop.

Or how about somewhere closer. I'm going to take mine camping in Wellington Country Park, despite it being not far away.

We're off to this one tomorrowwww.breckfarm.co.uk - the reviews are good and the idea of having a camp fire is good. Will post when we get back and let you know what it was like. It's in Norfolk , so probably 2.5 hour drive from you though.
