anyone ever brought one of the starter tents from argos at all??

this is the one we're thinking of for me dp and 2 kids any thoughts on it at all ??

looks good to me - we've bought a couple of tents from Argos - Outdoor Revolution - have been great - we are fair weather campers though.

We had one for a year. It got us started canping. The tent is quite easy to putup but the big disadvantage is you can not stand up in it. The sleeping baqgs were replaced quite quickly as they are really indoor bags. It takes up very little room in the car but there was no way we could get it all bag in the carry bag. As a starter kit to see if we liked camping we were happy with it.

we recently bought a starter set from halfords for about £100 (reduced from £199) - have only put it up in the garden so far but its fab - big enough to stand up in the main section and has 2 bedroom areas one at each end. Now i just need to get around to booking a campsite for a weekend!

We have just purchased this. If you order it over the internet, you can get another £10 off! Then you go and pick it up/pay for it at the shop. Glad to here it is fab, we too are just starting off.
