Our blow up mattress has finally given up the ghost, and has had a glorious last day being used as a toboggan on a Folkestone hill before being consigned to the recycling bin. Before we buy another one, is there a better solution? We like comfort, and to be able to cuddle in the night. We also camp all the year round, and dp has a slipped disc and finds thermarests, even the thickest ones we've tried, too uncomfortable. I would really like to avoid another inflatable - there is always the back of the mind worry that it's going to go down in the middle of the night! What do you all do?
