Nice campsite near Manchester/Preston, recommendations please!

For our first family camping trip I would like to go somewhere near to home so was wondering if anyone can suggest a nice site

tbh if you are looking at the Preston area, then would the Lakes be an option?

or Forest of Bowland type area?

I'll have a think - we're a bit short on decent campsites up here, I have used the C&CC one at Hayfield but it might be a bit too far.
