1/2 season sleeping bag

I know everyone is different but just trying to gauge roughly how it will be.

I have a 1-2 season sleeping bag - a summer one.

Will I be warm enough if it gets down to 11 degrees at night?

I would say no - the comfort rating on most 2 season sleeping bags is typically 15 degrees. The lowest temp shown on a sleeping bag is the survival rating not the comfort. You can layer up your clothing however to keep you warmer so tights under cotton trousers (denim gets cold) tshirt, long sleeve and fleece etc.

We camp in Scotland even summer temps use 3 seasons for this very reason.

I would put a couple of fleece blankets on top
