Should I cancel this and re-book another date ( I dont want to spend the weekend in a sleeping bag, too cold to get out of bed)

We have booked to go camping BH weekend beginning of may- last year due to the weather I spent most of the time refusing to leave my sleeping bag.

Im concerned that the weather is going to be freezing so I am now considering re-booking the same site but for Spring bank holiday (end may)

What do you think?

I think if you don't like the cold then rebook for Whitsun at the end of May. Its ususally good weather that week.

I have just changed it to Whitsun. Couldnt bear the thought of going away in just three weeks and having to freeze. it would ruin the trip

We usually camp over easter but it was too cold and wet even for me this year

last year every weekend we went away we got SOAKED.

I really hope its not the same this year.

Whitsun was the weekend our tent literally blew away last year...

I've just persuaded dh that we need a smaller weekend tent so we can have several weekend camps over the summer so i definitely want some lovely dry sunny weather

We were fine although it was very wet for a couple of days.
