Campervan pitch with en-suite bathroom

Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for campsites with a campervan pitch that has its own bathroom? We are still getting to grips with camping with a toddler and I think having toilet (and particularly shower/sink) near the van might make things a bit easier. We have found this one www.worfecamping.co.uk which we are staying at in a few weeks and it got me wondering if there are any more, although quick search didn't seem to bring many up. We prefer smaller campsites but wouldn't mind a larger site if they had a private bathroom option. We are based in West Yorkshire but suggestions for UK wide is fine. TIA :)

Nicky

Maybe a bit too far for you, but Wooda in Cornwall is fantastic.
Cowpots in south Wales has pitches with a bathroom pod (compost toilet and off-grids shower), picnic bench and a firepit.
If your camper is small, Bluebell Coppice in Sussex is an option.

Thanks so much for your reply, it's great to have a list as we do intend to get to all the corners of the country! Thanks a lot for taking the time :)

I didn't even know it was a thing!

Cawood Park near York has bookable private bathrooms, just across from the pitches, so you can have exclusive use for your stay. They were a reasonable size with a bath, and we used to dry towels etc in too. We also stayed on one in Northern France - I'll trawl my emails and see if I can find it.

Camping Haliotis at Mont St Michel. Seems it's quite common in France.

Also, I think Monkey Tree Park at Newquay might have them, we've not been there though.

Again, we've not been but Love2Stay have similar private bathrooms, as well as the permanent awning rooms that you pull up to.

Dont you have a toilet and shower on board?

Or take a chemical toilet with you and a shower/toilet tent, this is waht we had when we went camping

Join the Caravan and motorhome club (CAMC) - they have loads of sites, club ones are larger and have facilities or they have smaller certified sites which are for up to 5 units and some of those will have facilities too, and you can search on their website for your requirements.

We've had a van for 4y and I didn't know these existed. We have a small awning with a Thetford in. Love it 😀
