Any recommendations for a dog friendly campsite near water for a Labrador that loves a dip ! Any areas would be considered

What part of the country? And tents, campers, tourers?

gindreams · 16/01/2024 13:59

South or midlands ideally and for a tent

Two Jays Farm and Three Rivers Pitch and Paddle in Norfolk
Warcombe Farm in North Devon

Try Norfolk Coast, there are plenty of dog friendly beaches.

We stayed in Cable Gap Caravan park (no tents) for a few nights in August with 2 dogs. We had direct doggy beach access.

Was reasonably priced- basic, a bit run down but clean.

I was going to say Norfolk coast too. Loads of people have dogs, lots of dog friendly beaches

We went to Lake District last year, stayed on a "pop up" campsite... basically a farmer putting a trailer with showers and toilets on one of his lakeside fields. We do it for watersports, not bothered about facilities. Well behaved dogs allowed (basically don't let them loose around animals).
