Dry nights in a sleeping bag?

DS has just come out of nappies at night, and having had more dry than wet nights am wondering what to do about ensuring the sleeping bag doesn't get wet, should he have an accident? Or am I mad to even think about going camping until 100% dry nights. Any advice, experiences to share. Much appreciated.

When we were in this position with ds2 I put him in pull-ups (I called them "holiday pants" which was a mumsnetter's idea when I posted with the same query you just have )

Def wet sleeping bags are a bugger when away, I like the idea of holiday pants .
