Anywhere that does den building, wood craft, fires?

My sons 11 and 14, want to go camping where you build your own sleeping den, and fire etc. I wouldn't be able to build this so it would need staff to help guide and support. Is there anywhere like this? In England? (Not in this weather, for a summer holiday)
