Have borrowed before.

Would like a sleeping area that would fit all 5 of us but that we could separate up when the kids get older, a big living area, and a 3rd area we could store the mountain of stuff we'll be taking.

Thanks

You will need at least a sleeps 8 tent.

If you want a large living area yo might be better with a dome tent rather than a tunnel one, but that means that the sleeping pods will be smaller....are you OK with that, we needed one that dh and I could both stand up in!

Domes are also a little more difficult to put up.

Does it sound as if a dome is for you?

is size and issue, would you be hiking with the tent or using the car to have a 'base camp'?

Thanks

That one looks good, do you know how it differs to the Oregon 800? Looked at one of those today, think the Oregon must be last years model as doesn't seem to be on the website, the one on the link wasn't at the place we looked at.

Would def be taking a car so size not an issue.
