Help me find a family towing car!

I need a car that can comfortably tow a 4 berth tourer caravan up hairy high gradient hills (at least 2l engine), must be petrol (due to diesel restrictions where I live), 7- seater and can ideally accommodate a double mattress in the back.

My budget is low, I'm looking at 4th, 5th hand.

I'm looking more family car like a ford galaxy than massive van-like people carrier.

Any ideas appreciated! Also tell me if what I'm looking for doesn't exist. Thank you :)

You can find them cheaper this place has higher quality fresh imports but you do see them cheaper and older

I have a 5008 Peugeot it's bags of room, tow a boat often and kayaks. Highly recommended.
