Best alternative to two burner gas hob?

Previous catering for camping has relied on basic two burner gas hob thingy. Would like something more flexible, a bit less clunky and cumbersome and maybe something that means I don’t have to take as much kitchen equipment (although this last bit is a nice to have).

I have looked at the cadac range but not sure if they mean I can only cook one thing at a time?

Any recommendations v welcome!

My sister in law always has hookup and takes her air fryer

I have a couple of electrical cooking items eg electric frying pan/slow cooker- but this year for the first time ever we are going to a site without EHU. I’ve always said that electricity is an absolute necessity when camping but the site we’ve booked looked just so, so idyllic that I have relented!

We have a Coleman petrol powered stove, its great burns hotter than Gas, so can cook much quicker, I really think you need at least two burners. We also have a jet boil as its very hands if just boiling water for a drink

I never get EHU and have a Campingaz Party Grill plus a one-ring burner. Only me and 2 DC to cater for, though.

I find it's fine for things like pizza (on party grill), carbonara, grilled meat or veg and potatoes and other simple camping meals. Only thing I don't like is that I learned the hard way that the wok part of the Party Grill can't cope with scrambled egg and it all just sticks. Disappointing as fried potato and egg using leftover potatoes was a key part of my camping meal plan! 😂

You can get the ones that just screw onto a small gas bottle, as long as they are on a stable surface they are fine and much more compact, can get lots of different types and sizes.
Jetboils too are compact and an all in one device, think cheaper ones are on Amazon.
