Renting out Motorhome

I just bought a Motorhome. It's 2003 so not new but new to me :) it's in excellent condition and drives well. I just wondered if anyone had experience of renting their CV/Motorhome out? There are lots of apps now that work similar to Air BnB I guess! All insured etc just wondered if anyone had any horror stories! We can't get away every weekend so seems a shame it just sitting there when someone could be enjoying it. But i also love it and don't want it ruined haha. X

Don’t do it! I’ve heard so many horror stories about beloved motorhomes being wrecked. No one will care for it like you do.

I wouldn't do it.

The highest demand is likely to coincide with when you want to use it yourself. Think about the pre- and post-hire checks, cleaning, etc. and how much of your time it will take up.

Lets assume I damage it if I have no money what can you do?
Personally i wouldn't do it too much to go wrong, liability etc
IE
I rent yours drive to Scotland and the Fridge, heating etc wont work how can this be resolved?
I might be wrong but I just feel its stress waiting to happen
