Can we talk camping shoes?

I'm fed up with schlepping through the mud to the toilet block in flip flops and getting soggy feet but I need something that can slop on and off easily so I don't trek water/mud into the van. Do you all wear crocs, short wellies or just stick with flip flops?

Crocs

Crocs or unlaced trainers with the laces tucked in.

Slippers for inside the tent, crocks flip flops out. I’d rather dry my feet and then put slippers on than try and fail to keep feet dry and warm.

I'm leaning towards crocs to be honest!

Definitely Crocs. They are the perfect camping shoe. If you are only going to wear them for this reason just buy some cheap dupes. Crocs are now cool so are actually quite expensive!

There are some foamy slipper type things in primark just now for £6 that are good for this kind of thing.

Mountain warehouse have a number of slip on sandals more substantial than flip flops but not cross.

I have a pair of Joules welibobs - really stupid name but they are perfect for camping :)

Crocs but solid ones without holes.

Great for camping , boating and anywhere with an outdoor bath / hot tub

Crocs without holes, snide ones off eBay, double up as shower shoes too.

Can't have holey shoes in morning wet grass and you can tip the water out of them in the shower.

Easy to slip on and off, no requirement to bend down.
