It was written on the back, she’s been retired now & went to a field near a fishing lake for 3 fishermen to use

We used to joke about the on suite, upstairs (the Luton) the library (book cupboard) games room (games cupboard) des res. It was a roomy old 6 berth van that was used for 6 months most winters - family holidays and picnic days out - happy memories

The Duchess - DP loves her more than he loves me!

My late M&D had caravans and (later) motorcaravans their entire married life, in fact they only gave up the last motorcaravan a few months before my D died aged 86.
From the 1980's onwards each 'van was named TRIPSTART (complete with nameplate) and the house was named TRIPSEND.

Both nameplates have now moved across to us.

I had a little camper called Gino (de Campo)
