Does anyone have any experience of the Outdoor Revolution brand. I have seen one with some features that would be useful for us but there seem to be a lot of poor reviews compared to other brands

The tents are good but the customer service is horrendous.

We have the camp star 600 which comes with footprint and carpet, think it's about £850

Its quick and easy to put up, the fly sheet is good quality, lots of features for the price (despite the shocking price its an entry level air tent)

However we are disappointed in the quality of the ground sheet. The first time we got it out in the garden it got a tiny whole in the actual tent ground sheet, then we took it on holiday and it got a hole in the footprint.

We've had a cheap tent before this one for years and years and never had a hole. I think it probably comes with the foot print and carpet because the quality of the tent sewn in ground sheet it poor.

However in general we are happy with it, the small holes were an easy fix, and it's held up in some pretty torrential rain and wind.

Would I buy one again? Not sure, as the poster says above I've heard terrible things about their customer service and I'd probably go for a vango.
