What do you take with you for the kids to play with when camping?

We've got footballs, bouncy hoppers, bubbles, frisbee, glow sticks.....

What other recommendations do you have?

How old are dc? Take indoor stuff too in case of rain- colouring, lego/small world, blocks etc.
Scooters? Those velcro mitts and ball?

DC are 9, 6 & 1.

Some small board games maybe? Depends where you are going I guess but buckets and spades, mini paddling pool for little one, a few bath type toys that older dc can float in paddling pool or wash up bowl.

They all sound good, but be careful with bubbles. If they get in the tent they can affect the waterproofing so people can be funny about them.

No good for one year old, but I've just packed for tomorrow, mine are 9 and 7:
Swing ball
Football
Boules
Kite
Foxtail
Inflatable pass the pigs
Frisbee
Walkie talkies
Drawing stuff
Crossword puzzles
Cards

Then a whole bag of games - dominoes, yahtzee, otrio, rummikub, qwirkle, azul, mind genius, click clack, top trumps, genius square and we never go anywhere without shut the box and left centre right Grin
