I've used pitchup to book 3 nights camping at a holiday park. To use facilities such as swimming, kids activities etc you have to book in advance with the park, using your booking ref. I dont haveca park booking ref, as I booked via pitchup . ...
I have tried calling the park, but am 18th in a queue so thought I'd ask mumsnet while I'm waiting! Any ideas how this works?
