Campsite recommendations, cornwall, devon and south wales

Hi, I was hoping to get some recommendations for reasonably priced campsites in cornwall, devon and wales. We will be using a tent.

We particularly like Newquay/Hollywell/Crantock area, Woolacombe/Ilfracombe and Pembrokeshire. Also Ivybridge/Brixham side of Devon.

Open to anywhere that is beautiful!

Facility wise just nice shower blocks and electric hookup, a play ground for the kids maybe. A shop and cafe is always handy, not worried about pool or evening entertainment.

Particularly interested in sites right on the beach. I saw on another thread someone had reccomended newgale campsite in Pembrokeshire and this looks exactly rhe type of place we are after.

Budget wise the going rate for the summer hols seems to be £280 with EHU for a week, does this seem about right?

My daughter is now in school so we are making the move from being able to have cheap static caravan holidays in term time to needing to camp in the school hols.

Thank you 😊

Treveague Farm - just seen on their Twitter that all their EHUs for the summer are nearly gone.
Also, have a look at Tollgate Farm near Perranporth, Beacon Cottage Farm and East Crinnis.

Trewan Hall near Newquay is nice - the atmosphere was very friendly and the pitches are large. Small shop, ad hoc entertainment and a swimming pool, plus a library (with free WiFi, so good for teenagers!).

Lleithyr Farm bear St Davids was great when we stayed in 2018. No sea view but lovely hills close by. Walking distance to gorgeous Whitesands beach and St Davids.

In 2019 we camped at Little Trevothan on the Lizard. Much quieter and cheaper than N Cornwall but still with lovely beaches. Would go back.

Polly joke campsite is gorgeous, walk down a little path to the beach, never gets too busy at the beach because of access. You won't be disappointed. It's a hidden gem.

Look up Wiseman's Bridge near Saundersfoot. It only has 4/5 pitches (with 10ish caravan pitches)

Wonderful spot, you can walk to Saundersfoot in 15 minutes.

Ladram Bay in Devon. Has its own little beach with caves, it's gorgeous Smile
