Any inspired games I could pack / do that don't take up much space and are largely leave them to it?? We're very squashed in the car but this is the first time we've attempted a week in a tent and I'm really worried I'm going to be exhausted trying to entertain them so need things I can throw at them whilst I'm trying to read my book!!

Stomp rocket draws kids like moths to a flame

And dobble.

FusionChefGeoff · 07/08/2020 22:30

Oooooh stomp rocket sounds FUN!! Good news is we've got lots of these already so will gather them up over the weekend.

The target vest sounds like it has potential for injuries though the way my kids play games like that Grin

Velcro bat and ball

Ricekrispie22 · 08/08/2020 09:55

Top Trumps
Giant snakes and ladders
Skipping rope

Some quiet things for when they wake up early:
Where’s Wally book
Sticker by numbers
Rush Hour Junior
Word searches

InTheWings · 08/08/2020 13:25

Not bubbles.

Uno takes up no room at all. Ditto Top Trumps (which my children unaccountably love, despite it being incredibly boring). Or even a pack of normal playing cards?
