I am about to book this site in Spain and had a last minute wobble. Anyone been? Whats it like?

If we stay 2 weeks do we need a car? Some suggest it is quite remote and I’d hate to be trapped on site. On the other hand, if there are day trips etc maybe we don’t need a car?
