Hi, would love if anyone could recommend camp sites with good kids club (4 & 6yo) in either northern France, belguim or netherlands (basically less than 4 hours from calais :) ). Any recommendations appreciated!

Duinrell near The Hague is amazing. I think they have some kids club activities but we didn't use it. There is an on site amusement park and the most amazing fun pool. If you book direct with the park the pool is included, additional charge with Eurocamp.

If you can live without a kids club De Lisle Bergen near Antwerp is brilliant for 4 and 6 year olds. Big swimming pond with huge play areas. Lots of cycle paths and immaculate facilities.

We love to visit de Jutberg in Laag Soeren, Netherlands. A beautiful campsite right next to national park “Hoge Veluwe” ; with pool, kids club, many small play areas, trampolines, a nature hut etc. There are so many nice places to visit in this area, one of the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Very close to lovely city of Arnhem with famous Zoo and great open air museum.....very handson for children.....

Another that springs to mind is campsite Drouwenerzand in the province of Drenthe, with an on site amusement park, which is included. You might like that as well;-))

We just spent a week in Delfst Hout - we took the Harwich/hook of Holland ferry and it was 30 minutes drive from there - lovely little city - an easy walk into it - touristy but not mobbed.

We then moved to Lislebergen in Belgium which is in a forest. It has a lake and a beach area. Only problem was the nearly 40 degrees heat then hit and we just couldn’t do anything - after 2 days we couldn’t cope anymore and we left there (5 days early Sad) this morning and have pitched up near Dieppe - we’ve been sitting through a thunderstorm on and off for the last few hours but it’s such a relief.

If in Netherlands look in region of Zeeland. It’s where the Dutch go on holiday so not lots of English people but a mass of beach’s, fab campsites with brilliant pools etc, and bike rides a plenty. Netherlands is really setup for young kids with playgrounds everywhere
