Which is the best campsite at Duinrell?

I'm confused by the choice. We have a 4 man tent. 8yo child so preferably not too noisy and near facilities.

Yes- the choice confused me a lot. We went for the first time this year and stayed in Lindenveld. This is a slightly longer walk to the park but we wanted to be more away from it.

I did have a look around as much of the site as I could, looking to see what the other areas are like. I may or may not have annotated a -map for future visits . I would look at the Romantish camp, that seemed a little more out of the way. I think Middelveld and EIland are quite busy and cramped, compared to the other areas but you are nearer. I would prefer Eiland over Middel. The nature camp also looked nice, they have toilets and showers but not as many as the other areas, and I couldn't see covered washing up facilities there.

If there's other areas you're thinking off feel free to ask. There is a useful facebook group on Duinrell, although it tends to focus on the lodges and caravans they have there rather than tents.

Thanks. Based on what's available when I want it and proximity to toilets and showers I'm thinking of Hertenkamp. It does look a bit of a walk from the Plaza, pools and park though. I don't mind. It just depends if DC can be bothered!

Hertenkamp is near to the facilities, although it's in quite a wooded area in comparison to some others. I would say that it was a 10 minute walk to the nearest part of the theme park and pool from there.
