oops... have you not been to that fab shop in Turnpike lane? Just before you turn left onto Wood Green high street. It's tucked in the corner of the shops that are set back from the road. Not a superstore but a good one. Also... is Blacks in Brent Cross no good then?

You could try Decathlon in Surrey Quays - Canada Water tube. I know it's not North London but they are tops for value, and it would be a day out on the Jubilee line wouldn't it?
