Holiday parks for Tourers

We are looking for a Holiday park in the UK, 3 hours approx from Midlands. Need tourer pitch with EHU and site needs to allow pup tent next to van.
It is for October half term and we usually go to Haven, but they have reduced the sites that take pup tents or allow sleeping in awning. Last year we went to Littlesea but two 15 yr old girls were bored, we are used to Devon cliffs which was amazing but no longer take tourers. Happy to try other big name parks or indépendants.

Amusement arcade
Evening entertainment
Restaurant

Any recommendations please, been trawling the net but can't find anything suitable.

Try Parkdean Resorts, especially Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth and Skipsea in Yorkshire.

Try the park holidays at dawlish maybe, or see their other sites - there's one at Paignton your teens can walk into town from. We did a great place in Pembrokeshire but your teens wouldn't approve as walking is the only activity!
