Camping en route from Calais to Brittany - recommendations?

We're heading to south Brittany but want to stop en route for a couple of days - where is a good place? Would like to be close to the sea.

Also, never camped in France before - what do I need to know?

are you planning on pitching for just one night? if so I'd opt for a Camapnile type hotel (unless you have a pop up tent like us!)

Oy could try somewhere near the Normandy beaches.
