Anyone been to Hendra Holiday Park in Cornwall?

We normally go to France in the Summer but have decided to stay in the UK this year.
We are looking for somewhere with a decent pool with water slides etc and have come across Hendra Holiday Park.
Has anyone been?
Is it ok?
All the UK sites seem to have a very different ‘feel’ to the French sites do not sure what to expect!

We have been to Hendra twice for weekends in term time. We really like it. It's probably the nicest holiday park we have stayed at in the UK. The pool is great but you need to pay for it, about £3.00 a time I think. Outdoor pool is free. Entertainment went down with our two kids.

You do need to drive to get anywhere but there are some fabulous beaches close by. Holywell and Crantock are both National Trust and just West of Newquay.
