Dead tent but poles fine.

So our five year old Robens Cabin 600 tore . The tear is far to big to repair . We are getting a new tent but is it worth putting the poles on eBay?

no you can get a tent in Halfords for 20 quid in the summer rather like selling an old tyre

Thanks Gobblers. We’re gutted because it’s been our holiday home for five years. Two years in Austria and Slovenia and three down in Cornwall. Lovely tent that was always dry and warmed up quickly. On the bright side tent hunting is fun!

Are you absolutely sure it's not repairable? Even professionally?

Definitely hold onto the poles, someone will need them someday, or buy them as spares.
