Best UK campsite for children

We have just bought a caravan and looking for a holiday next year. Any recommendations for campsites that are good for families?

Where abouts and how old are your dc?

1, 6 and 11

Depends how many facilities you want on site really.
If you want a big park with swimming pools etc then Pentewan Sands or Hendra in Cornwall, Freshwater Beach in Dorset, Ruda in Croyde or the Hoburne parks are all decent.
If you want a small quiet park you can relax in, avoid all of the above!

We stay at Butlins Skegness in the caravan, the field and toilet facilities are very basic but you can access all the Butlins facilities and entertainment so it’s always a really fun break.
