I hired a motorhome through Motorhome Hire but the confirmation came through from Motorholme. Then I was getting texts and emails offering me vans they previously told me were unavailable and wouldn’t reply when I queried. They seem to both be based in Cambridge but with slightly different addresses. I have sent emails asking if they are the same company but no response (whereas prior to getting my deposit the communication was very good). I’m just slightly unnerved as finding it difficult to find much feedback about either company. Does anyone have any experience of either? Thanks.
